Homeowner dues for 2022 are $100, payable through any of the options offered by our management service, www.CPMRealEstateServices.com. PayPal is no longer a payment option. Payment is due by January 31. Payments after January 31 are subject to a $20 late fee for each month they are past due. Your dues are used to pay operational fees and to maintain common areas.
